Cancellation Policy

Time is valuable!  Last minute emergencies do happen so we do appreciate when a patient makes the effort to call to reschedule an appointment.  We do ask that patients provide us with 2 working days notice if it is necessary to change a scheduled appointment so that we can make those appointments available to other patients.  Chronic occurrences are subject to a short notice cancellation fee.
